Employse
A product thesis from the work itself: most companies cannot see their own operating model clearly, and most contact centres still run on disconnected tools. Employse is how I turned that into software.
Status: founder-built product work. Working systems I designed and coded. Not a funded company and not a claim of scaled commercial traction — evidence of product, SaaS and service-design thinking.
- The problem
- Leaders inherit org charts, cost bases and service stacks they cannot interrogate. Contact-centre teams bounce between ticketing, voice, chat, rostering and payroll. Transformation stays slideware.
- Who it is for
- Operations, finance and transformation leaders who need a clearer picture of the organisation — and contact-centre leaders who need one desktop for the work.
- How it thinks
- Insight maps a company, infers staffing cost and builds a tiered investment plan. Connect unifies ticketing, voice, email, chat, workforce management, payroll and monitoring. Both assume APIs, escalation paths and AI-assisted support as part of the operating model, not as add-ons.
- My role
- Founder, product designer and builder: problem framing, information architecture, workflows, integrations and the service design behind them.
